Danyu Electronic is strictly to quality control of flex heaters and authorized by ISO9001:2015, ISO13485, IATF16949, UL:E502832, RoHS certificates. All heaters produced by our OEM/ODM need to proceed a hierarchical testing process from raw materials to assembly to the final product, such as high-voltage insulation test, temperature test, aging test, etc.

We have incorporated the In-Process Quality Checking (IPQC) procedure in our production line. Any defective components or manufacturing errors are detected instantly and are eliminated. All of boards will be 100% Inspection and E-test before delivery.
