The 220V 100W 3M Adhesive Electric Silicone Rubber Heater is a high-performance heating element made from industrial-grade silicone material. Also known as a silicone heating pad or silicone heater, it provides precise and efficient heat distribution in a wide range of applications.

They can be custom-shaped to fit specific surfaces or objects.聽 These heating pads are widely used in aerospace, household appliances, medical equipment, and more.

The 3M adhesive backing ensures easy installation and secure attachment to most surfaces, while maintaining thermal efficiency.

Structure of Silicone Rubber Heater

Like polyimide heaters, a silicone rubber heater consists of two layers of insulating silicone sandwiching a heating conductor. When powered, the conductor generates heat, and the desired temperature can be controlled by adjusting the resistance of the heating element. Compared with polyimide (PI) heaters, silicone heaters are thicker, providing higher temperature tolerance and cushioning.
