Product Description
The silicone rubber heater is a thin-film heating element designed for stable and efficient thermal applications. With a standard thickness of 1.5mm, it adopts nickel-chrome wires or etched nickel-chrome foils (0.05–0.10mm) in customized circuit patterns. The heating element is laminated with heat-conducting and insulating silicone layers, and processed through high-temperature die forming and aging heat treatment to ensure superior durability and performance.
Compared with traditional heating films that use graphite paste or resistor paste, the silicone rubber heater provides higher reliability, stronger adhesion, and longer service life. As a flexible soft film, it can be tightly applied to flat or curved surfaces and tailored into different shapes and power configurations for diverse applications.
