The Ultra-thin Flexible Polyimide PI heating film heater is engineered for applications requiring precision heating in compact or challenging environments. Made from high-quality polyimide (PI), this translucent material offers exceptional dielectric strength and stability. It performs reliably in narrow spaces, lightweight assemblies, and environments exposed to vacuum, oils, or chemicals.

Compared with silicone heating film, PET film, or ceramic electric heating film, polyimide heaters offer a more compact structure while maintaining excellent thermal performance.

Structure of PI Heating Film

The structure of PI heater is very simple, it consists of two layers Kapton庐 polyimide film sandwitch a layer of heating conductor. For easy installation, some customers require a layer of adhesive tape on the bottom side for a quick and secure mounting on various surfaces.
